Today, I took one of my CB900c's out for a couple hr ride. It was around 35-40 deg outside and windy .
It made for a chilly ride. But with the right gear, not too bad.... Not heated gear either.
And we all know that old, carb'd bikes need to be run often and year round... That's my opinion.
You let'm sit and you may have trouble getting them running right again- even with proper storage.
So I always ride them year round if possible.
Some good roads in WV are right off I-64. Try route 34 next time you pass through.
If you hit 64 past Charleston- you will see this power plant as you drive by....
