There are only two monolever rear ends: The one on the G/S and ST models and then all the road going ones (RS, RT, R80/R65 mono, etc) They are both the same swingarm apart from the fact that the G/S/ST one has a shock mount on the swingarm whereas all the road versions have the shock mounting stud on the final drive. The G/S and ST used a 3 lug final drive with a spoked wheel and all the other bikes used a 4 lug final drive with mag wheels. A R100GS or R100R 4 lug spoked hub can be modified to fit them though. That'd probably be the better route due to the wider selection of final drive ratios available.
