I've had the "international" model(they used to have two models when I bought mine) for close to twenty years. Great little stove but as Pruster said, hard to regulate the flame.
It will burn just about anything, white gas, kerosene, gasoline...but it won't burn Yak dung. The directions never mentioned using gasoline(at least when I bought mine) but it works well using gas. At least it hasn't blown up yet.
