I presume BA closed or leaned their plant at Broughton and forced these man to search abroad.
They are working flat out producing wings for the Airbus range. They get flown out on the Beluga carrier and also shipped out down the river Dee and down the coast and over to France. There is also a Raytheon factory around the back of the main building.
