I use this exact gearing and it works great in every terrains, including single track, tight trails and climping hills. I ride an E model though with keihin carb, rejettet and big muffler. I don't know if this would make any sense considering the E model has more power than an S. For example if i would to install the 440cc kid to my bike than 15/45 could pull pretty strong as well as 15/47 on 400cc motor i'll let u know when i install the 440cc or 434 cylinder kid in few months...I installed a 48t sproket on one of my tires but i haven't had the chance to try it.
