I had a highside due to a deer hitting my front wheel. The engine guards (Triumph), Barkbuster Storm, and the rear paddock stand bobbins saved the bike from being totaled. It was close even with these guys protecting a lot. If it wasn't a no-fault insurance claim, I would have probably gotten away with about $1200 in parts and scratches on the rest. Due to it being an insurance claim and the shop bringing the bike back to near new condition the whole thing is closer to $5k.
Are the bar end weights for the Barkbusters really worth it? Been tossing the idea around a bit.
