I get what you're saying. I would still think that water-cooling an engine is still by far the most efficient way to keep emissions down and hold the engine at an optimal temperature to produce the most power.

But, hey, I'm an IT guy, not a mechanical engineer designing engines...Dad always said, " Son, if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit." I can't even come up with enough bullshit in this case........and I'm a "Consultant", or so my job title tells me. I think my job description says somwhere that if I can't fix the problem, there's good money to be made prolonging it.
