Yeah anything like that will work. Our Nuke towers are well lit; keeps the planes from flying into 'em (we hope), so nocturnal tagging might still be an option.
We also have a couple factories around (Valero) with flare stacks that burn often.
Go for Granny's wood-stove chimney if all else fails.
