You don't have to rejet for AI removal. Instructions on the Arrow install are here:

Make sure you install the headers on the correct sides. They will fit either way, but as you can see from the instructions, the right header wraps around to the bottom. Also, you are going to need new copper crush gaskets at the engine block. They're called "exhaust pipe sealing rings" here:

The fasteners that bolt the headers on to the engine have two different bolt holes. The small, round hole goes on top. The oblong hole goes on the bottom. You may want to use some Wurth Exhaust Assembly Paste on the silencer joints, which are held together with springs:
