Just tarp off an area in the garage right around your immediate work area!
Should be able to get the work area up to 70 easily?
If it's a bullet style heater, they have a plastic fuel screw near the foam air intake, you can really goose the output with a little twist. the kerosene units give me headaches, I prefer the propane units.
