Cool thread. I think the bathroom scale method works well if you use a short 2x6 to distribute the weight of the bike on the scale and block up the other tire to same height.
TE630. Skid, barkbusters, windshield, gps, rack, no luggage, no fuel, no Givi = 340 lbs.
6.6 gal fuel and normal luggage load (bags,Givi,tools,etc) = 410 lbs.

The weight of the TCI Outback rack was almost exactly offset by the 14lb weight loss going to FMF exhaust.
