Mophie juice pack and custom headphones
This is what I use. I just put the iPhone in my pocket. I like navigon. If I'm listening to an online streaming service or iTunes it turns the music down, gives me voice directions, and the music comes back up. I find I don't really need to look at the screen anyway and it's less distracting.
