Otoh, I started with well over 600lbs of mold grade aluminum, where are you getting yours at those prices, I'd love to pick some up for the next tool.

Our 2 blocks of mould grade aluminium were 32"x24"x6" and were $1800 each.We machined away over 70% to achieve the finished product.
There is no cheap way to make a mould,only less expensive one's!!!!!!!
