Can you feel a difference in the handling with 9 holes in that footplate?

Great job on the plate mod, the KLR's need it, but on a 400 pound bike, I don't know that 9 holes are gonna make it walk on top of sand.... sorry, just had to needle you on that one brother...

You would gain more by keeping the bike clean!
