The top case is an Emgo, at $90 more spacious than it looks
and impossible to lock your keys inside.
Where did you get top-loading Pelicans for $65?
I just got a set of side-opening Duratool cases for $30/ea. If I have time this weekend I'll put them on the Scrambler (using the Happy-trail aluminum attaching kit, $50.)
With the Bonnie or T100 you have a large number of options for the pannier frames but with the Scrambler the only factory built solution I've seen is the Metal Mule setup which is ridiculously expensive. Fortunately for me I found someone here who had a set they wanted to sell.
Still expensive but not the $850 I would have had to pay for a new set (yes, that's $850 US, just for the rack
- no panniers!)
