I cut some flat stock with a hacksaw and beat it with a hammer ,WAY TOO MUCH WORK! but the easiest fix is to get a crimp terminal with a hole for a post, like the old ignition coils had. They are available at any auto supply or radio shack. Remove the insulation and shape accordingly.
PS, its a lot easier to work on if you remove the h/l assy, 2 bolts and the electrical connector
