Tom Harrison maps is pretty much universally accepted as a great resource for outdoor maps. Very detailed, printed on tyvek so they're waterproof, and not too expensive: http://www.tomharrisonmaps.com
Go to the order page and scroll down for 'Death Valley'.

At least you can discern the names of the variouls attractions and points of interest.
