Latest development: Got a call from a Sheriff investigator this evening. Since most of us victims have been good about getting back to them about the cost to replace the tires, it has passed the threshold of felony vandelism with a deadly weapon (or somethng like that) and they are going to actually go after the culprit. Said they would begin by questioning the three adjoining residents and devote resources to possibly stake out the area. In regards to the sign, he said he would verify that it is indeed a public road and have the sign removed.
