I'd run dual-crossover systems on all of my bikes, if the centerstand
location did not make that so difficult. You can see from BMW's
struggle with the 1981-84 centerstands that even a team of brilliant
BMW engineers were somewhat stymied by the problem of raising a 500-lb
motorcycle with half the lever length that they had before. I've
probably doodled a hundred ideas for fixing that issue, including
hydraulic and pneumatic methods. None were viable market-wise.
The electric centerstand system fitted to the bottom of a K1200LT
weighs about the same as an R65.
