I have to add my two cents. I have been running this toolbox for somewhere in the neighborhood of 18 months to two years and it has been excellent. I do a lot of off-roading and go over some rocky trails at pretty good speed so it gets a pretty good pounding. It has never even started to loosen up. It is solid. Dave even sent me out a new pair of rubber mounts for the top unsolicited just to say he had a better way not to mount the box. Very nice!

Highly recommend it, great value. Its not waterproof, but then again it doesn't seem to get much water in it, so I am a happy customer.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD -40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape
