Spring has started to pop on the farm...
Just about all of our snow has melted...
HB asked if I would make some candy ..
So I made Pecan clusters.. And my version of 100Grand candy bars
I also made Turtles .. And NO turtles were harmed .. But a pecan was NOT safe..
I have a real nice soft caramel recipe .. That is just wonderful
Making home made candy is really a blast..
