Turned out to be a legit "personal day" from the office.
My 90year old grandmother took a fall on Monday and broke her femur in 3 places and my cousin (who is an orthopedic Dr.) operated on her at Newberry Hospital yesterday.
I knew the tag right off since my mom is from Newberry and my dad went to undergrad there and I spend a good bit of time down there and specifically around the downtown area. (My Great grandfather and grandfather published the Newberry Sun)... Anywho... It worked out
Although I will say that McDonalds coffee sucks even when I was pretty chilled from the morning ride down.
