1. File photos can be used to place a tag; they can't be used to claim a tag. Tags must be placed in
Dillon, Marlboro, Chesterfield, Darlington, Lee, Kershaw, Sumter, Clarendon, Richland, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Lexington, Aiken, Barnwell, Bamberg, Allendale, Lancaster, York, Chester, Newberry, and Fairfield counties.
