You can get a full KTM SXS fork rebuild kit that includes the green SKF seals, wipers and low friction bushings for $100 MSRP, minus a good discount usually. Depending on the state of your forks this might be a better value for the money than just replacing the seals. If you have to take them apart anyway it's no extra effort to rebuild them at the same time for only $40 more or so.
I would also suggest that you add some full length neoprene sleeves, that go from the guiding ring at the bottom of the stanchion all the way to the bottom of the slider, and fixed at both ends with safety wire or some strong cable ties.
A small amount of added stiction, but not likely that you will notice it on such a heavy bike, and your seals will leave much much longer if not dirt can get in there.
