14/52 gearing is great. stock was 14/45. bike and rider are happy on 3rd gear. 60 mph on pavement is ok,
i will be installing a 5.3 gal tank and an aftermarket exhaust next.
after the suspension job (3/4 lower), a steering damper will be nice.

I run 14/50 on my 310 and it's got plenty of grunt in the tight stuff. Mine is lowered just a smidge as well.
Wait until you drop a Rekluse in that thing.
