Trip planning - East of Visalia - I am trying to find a back route from Batch Park Rd north to Three Rivers area just south of Sequoia National Park.

I see a possible way on Mountain/Upper Grouse Valley Rd but wonder about gates - especially in the Blue Ridge Lookout/Radio Facilities area. I also see a possible route 19S36 in what is called Upper Grouse Valley but it may be blocked by private property?

Anyone familiar with this area?
