, after my rear shock on my GSA started leaking.
One month after my warranty expired, and while taking my bike off the center stand, my rear shock lost all fluid. Bummer, I thought, that was going to cost me some money! Well, I got in touch with Santa Fe BMW's parts and service manager (Doug), and he was really great! He took care of all the paperwork, and got me a new shock/strut replaced under warranty. Thanks BMW, and many thanks to Doug, who did all the legwork to get BMW to pay for it.
They get my thumbs up! I support them by purchasing stuff and servicing my bike there.
