Maybe not, mine looks like that also but it's not black it's blue. Flushed with the best value in high quality brake fluid you can buy.

Then next flush switch to their identical formula brake fluid but amber colored TYP200 Amber. Makes flushing so easy and no waste, you know exactly when the old stuff is purged as the color changes. Keep alternating back and forth. Comes in metal cans also to keep out moisture for a longer storage life also.
