I have just had the bike jacked up in the workshop and fitted the stainless Hagons.

They are a fair bit stiffer, on the softest setting they are similar to the bitubos on the hardest setting. The damping is far better, its not bouncing up against the stops like the old ones were. May give her a run out tomorrow and see how she goes.
Planning to move the front swingarm back, the steering is a bit too light, almost leaves you overcompensating for little things and getting out of shape.
