I've had several pairs...being a cyclist I'm a bit of a glove whore. Here's the skinny:

Olympia Gel Reflector: fit well, not much gel, but fell apart. Not worth the money IMHO. http://shop.olympiagloves.com/710-71...or-710-711.htm

Icon 29er: cheap, minimal padding, but very comfortable and breathable. http://www.rideicon.com/products/?productGroupId=66747

Tourmaster Adventure Gel: decent gel padding, but solid leather so not very breathable. Very comfortable. http://tourmaster.com/xcart/product....ctid=277&cat=9

Olympia Easy Rider: no padding, solid leather so not very breathable. Very comfortable. http://shop.olympiagloves.com/103-Easy-Rider-103.htm

On longer trips, I'll carry the last three with me. I usually run the Adventure Gels for the extra padding and vibration absorption. The Easy Rider is good for cool mornings with the heated grips on. The 29er is my go-to hot weather glove.
