tall people normally use a combination of a bar riser and aftermarket handlebars with higher rise.

choosing handlebars is not simple because it has a lot of things involved, like 7/8 or 1 1/8, rise, sweep, width, etc. no such thing one size fits all.

on my ktm 640, i made my own bar riser which eliminated 50% of the vibration. i work for a vibration isolator company and applied the same technology. yes, it is still a top secret.....
