Agreed!
I'm a very experienced custom fabricator in many different areas, cars, trucks, cycles, industry, industrial machines, welder, industrial electrician, etc. etc. My resume is like 4 pages in brief form. Not saying that for ego trips, just stating facts of how life turned out.
Regardless of having a huge amount of experience I just can't count the times I've looked at someone else's designs, solutions etc. and said "WOW! Why didn't I think of that???" This includes the simplest little things and so many times the other person's creations are so much easier, simpler, more practical, just plain better than mine!
Really humbling at times, like most times.... I hope and pray that I NEVER stop learning from other's experiences and inventions! Matter of fact, that's why I'm here at this forum, to observe and learn. Some very good teachers here, thanks!
