Check which vs of the TB's are installed, pre or post '97. Plan on replacing cables, rubber intake manifolds, cleaning TB's, injectors, tank ect. It is actually quite a primitive and simple f.i. system. By beginning with verification of fuel and air delivery you will save much time and grief. Increased performance will amaze. Re-paste the exhaust joints. Only other things likely to cause major perf issues on 1100 are HES (read Donnie's thread), worn out TPS, bad ignition key sub harness, bad main ground and switches.
