So far we looked everywhere and there is noone charging anything during the checkout, apart from mini bar and telephone charges.
In any case what we suggest is checked and quaranteed by us, hotel management is not our business, our aim was to make it easier for the competitors.
Sure, and any help is appreciated. But if the orga is going to offer hotel accomodation, it needs to be as simple as an online booking process, not printing forms, faxing then sending money by bank transfer (for which there is a fee to be paid for sending money in euros) or faxing credit card details.
