SE cap issues

Dan, The elbow, (and its position) is a design fault and a critical week point , as if it gets a hit from a wayward stick in the bush, or your Safari tank takes a side hit and flexes onto it, you may dislodge it or break it off , its frustrating that they made such an awsome bike and fell short on such a simple design oversight, among others, (i loved my SE and should not have sold it).
Check that the O ring that seals the swivelling 90 Deg elbow is not disrupted from its groove, and - as mentioned, no grime is upsetting its position.
Cheers John.
