Service manual

Read one. The TE511, same specs as TXC511, in every respect, except
For all the EPA stuff you have to remove to make it run right. The TC has
Different cams and airbox, that's about it. The TE make more HP when uncorked.
There are folks from the shop I frequent who do race them. Hare scrambles,
Enduros, TT's. Just like the KTM 525s. I got a pipe with out the Cat. The TC
Airbox, and a power commander. It is stupid fast and HIGH maintenance.
I am fine with that, the manual says do not run the bike for extended periods
at one speed, it will cause damage. 60mph, is really reving it up, so
Highway travel that is frequent is not for this bike. I use mine sparingly
On 2 lanes for short distances to get to my riding spots, or to run up town
And act stupid on it. That's why they made it street legal. The WR will be
A lot less trouble, have better resale, work better on the road, last longer,
Less maintenance, but for me (Ricky play racer) I'll take my TE511.
