I have no history on the bike, sadly.

Turn key, and zero noise from fuel pump( today, Friday morning no sound, Friday afternoon sound and bike ran, Friday evening no sound) Is there a way to bypass the hall sensor...or some other means of testing it?

Cheers

if it was bad then the fuel pump wouldnt run when you turn on the key.

IOTOH the pump runs for a second then shuts off you need to determine if the pump is bad IE not pumping enough fuel.

you can also turn the engine over by hand and see if the pump turns on for a brief second when the cylinder is supposed to fire, this will test the hall effect sensor
