Ok...If you must know...Here is the weekends menu as best I remembered it along with a couple pics I borrowed from JonnyCinco.

Food:

Friday Evening:
Appetizer:
Southwestern Style soup served with Quesadillas

Dinner:
Grilled Salmon over Risotto with roasted vegetables and green salad with feta cheese, Served with a really good local red wine. Desert was a raspberry/strawberry shortcake.



Saturday:
Breakfast:
Bacon (reg and turkey), southwestern scrambles eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit

Lunch:
Grilled sausage, roasted spicy tomatoes, pasta, pasta salad

Appetizer:
Quesadillas with something I can’t remember

Dinner:
Pork Roast over rice with gravy, roasted vegetables, and green salad. Served with a nicely flavored local white wine. ( I had heard someone mention lamb, but it seemed like a pork roast to me).
Desert was an apple caramel cake.

Sunday:
Breakfast:
Pancakes, southwestern scrambles eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit

Lunch:
Flatbread wrap with beef and vegetables and yogurt sauce, pasta salad



Appetizer:
Springroll with Spicy Mango Salsa…(I missed the spicy part until I tried it, apparently I missed the mango and only got the peppers…my mouth was on fire)

Dinner:
Beef Fillets with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and green salad. Served with “RawHyde Red” cabernet wine…


Desert was mini chocolate soufflés
