I've never had this problem. I wear long LD Comfort pants underneath and this may have something to do with it. Also the d3o gets hard when its cold out but your body heat should soften them the longer they're on you.

Yeah, after a 50 mile ride, they still are rigid. Bummer, stuff seems brilliant. And not to get in a D30 debate, but it hardens upon impact, right? So instead of slamming onto the ground, which is hard, we're gonna slam onto the ground with rigid armour?? I'm confused how there isn't a "cush" layer against us with the D30 taking the brunt?? I may go back and swap my aerostich armour in the pants. I have them in my traverse, and after some scissor work, they fit. Still using the D30 in the hip. Thanks for the help.
