For me, I couldn't care about TUV certification, but you carbon-kevlar protection skin idea has merit.
I had the stainless steel piece first - very similar shape and it was not the case... As the filler hole is lower than the origo tanks filler, the venting has to be wired along the air box and end up next to the tripple clamps, than it works...
