Its caused by your riding position. Sit up straight, shoulders back and you your arms will make a natural fall to the grips. Train yourself to stay in that position.......and when you slip your body will start aching and remind you that you are not in the correct riding position. I get the same ache and pain on the bike and seriously, it goes away as soon as you get in the proper riding position.
