Yeah, I got there early and we talked about that back in the kitchen. This will be the third time he has sold. His son plans to get into the business and is already catering. I think Tom is done. He is ready for a break. I hope you are wrong Fototex, but I have seen changes like this before and most did not end well. Tom and Linda will stay 60 days to train the new owners. Most if the staff are staying so we shall see... I really enjoyed spending time with Tom around his pit and kitchen. He does his ribs similar to mine. Guess that is why I love them, great ribs without the work
