This should be fun to follow. A couple thoughts are that with 3 gallon fuel capacity, your range will be more than necessary between all gas stops. The CT90 will get close to 90 mpg, so you could jet them pretty rich in order to handle the higher elevations (12,000 ft passes). My KLX250 struggles on some of the Colorado passes. Another thought is that you have some steep inclines to traverse. Have you thought about alternate sprockets for the high country. You don't have to worry about top end, so gear down lower.
