I just got new tires put on on my gs. Statically balanced and all. About 16 5gram weights on the rear wheel. Seemed like a lot. But what do i know, right?

At first, i thought i needed to get used to the heidenau vibrators that were missing. But after a few kms and being sure the slippery sludge was gone i started thinking my rear was wobbly. Too much weight on the back? naah, i saw him balance it; the guy did it right.

A week has passed and i'm now 200% sure my rear is wobbling. I fixed a piece of wood right above/against the tire. And sure enough, the tire seems to be wider on one side than on the other. Somewhere between .5 and 1 cm difference between the high and low. So i guess it's safe to say the tire is out of round? But on a brand new tire?
Should this be covered by warranty?

Thanks for any advice and ideas?
