Any of the 3, it took a week, and I had tracking. I'd call them, this don't sound right.
I've found them to be excellent to deal with, really invested in doing right by their customers.
It hasn't been a week yet so maybe I'm jumping the gun, but it is kind of strange for them to be using Greyhound. We are on the UPS route; that would have been a better choice.
Maybe next time, if there is a next time, I'll access them telephonically.
