Glancing over the data, Lorenzo looks strong as does Rossi. Lots of 1:40's in there.
Cal looks to be figuring it out. Marquez was getting more in a row as the session wore on.
That analysis set of data is too much fun.
Lorenzo does a warm up lap at nearly the same speed then a tight group of 1:40's nearly every section is the same as the last time through. Reminds me of a series of photographs of Wayne Rainey at Assen, year after year within inches of the same spot in the same corner.
Betting against George would be a losing bet. The man has this wired.
Rossi looks very good as well.
As David said this is a Yamaha track. But, Pedrosa looks damned near as close as Lorenzo for consistency. I expect Marc to be there come FP4, when it counts.
Below 4th the normal order resumes.
1 Lorenzo, (this one breaks the tie)
2. Pedrosa, (searching for that Mamola prize)
3. Rossi, (Clawing his way back)
4. Marquez, when he gets this figured out, color him gone. Stoner who?
5. Crutchlow, I need a factory Honda
6. Hayden, (here's hoping)
Back to work.
