If this was any other example of corporate business, the method for Husqvarna would be:
- put the small, mildly competitive brand under corporate roof. Absorb the brand or just keep the brand name for future resale.
- strip all assets
- absorb all technologies and patents
- fire all the non essential workforce
- if it has any potential value, make it liquid on paper and sell it on
They tried to make it work with Husaberg (just like BMW with Husq.) but it seems to have failed. Husaberg is no more then a livery now.
