If you did change your bodies, how difficult was it to remount the Ural?

I am pretty sure that you would not be able to remove the Terraplane body and drop on the Ural body. The Terraplane has somewhat of a perimeter frame and the body drops into it in a couple of pieces.

The Ural body is going to need a Ural frame. A different sidecar on that bike might mount quite a bit differently as Terraplane was originally a 3 point mount, but I have seen a few changed to 4 points.

The Convert is a great sidecar tug. I have a Ural sidecar on a Convert myself.
