Just a heads up then CottonTop, we had a guy with a similar system where the rear tail piece OEM totally failed with his top box, as his mounting system resided on the OEM piece. At a dualsport rally he hit some frost heaves and pot holes and the whole box flew off the bike. I'm not sure if you go off-road with your Super T, but if you do be aware of this, especially if the box is loaded.
There are some vendors who sell a total replacement tail piece which is made from aluminum. I replaced mine with the Jesse tail piece which bolts directly to the frame of the bike. From there you could use any system such as your Givi mounting bracket. Here is a pic:
