Anyone had to take out the kickstart assembly and then put it back in? I *think* I installed the assembly right (using the factory diagram) and cocking the spring about 180* to get it onto the post.

When I push down the kickstart lever there is all the resistance but it won't spring back forward... what could be causing this? I had the whole engine split to replace an axle and put everything back together... also how hard should it be to rotate the clutch by hand (have clutch cover off the bike), it's pretty tense but will rotate slowly.
